I was inspired by a recent trip to Guatemala. Guatemala has beautiful birds, which inspired me to use the traditional Italian smalti glass with the traditional Italian lime putty for the background. On a birdwatching trip one can see the Black Headed Trogon, the Pink Headed Warbler, and the Wine Throated Hummingbird all sharing the tree canopy.
